Tom Priester, LCAM

Tom Priester brings to Ameri-Tech vast experience as a condominium board president since 2003 and continues to serve in this position on two boards. 

Tom has an extensive background as a general building contractor during which time he built somewhere close to 200 homes.  He is well versed in the building industry especially in the area of electricity.  He worked as an electrical contractor for a number of years. 

Hailing from the Cleveland, Ohio area, Tom proudly served as a fire fighter in his suburban hometown for 15 years. 

After retirement from the trades and moving to Florida, he joined the Ameri-Tech team as a property manager in 2007.  Tom currently manages over ten communities and has overseen several large projects including repaving, reroofing and sinkhole remediation. His first two years with Ameri-Tech was that of an on-site manager of a high-rise condo association on the beach.
